Warranty – purchased after 4/19/04
OUR PLEDGE TO YOU is to make every effort to provide only the best quality products to our customers. To avoid any misconceptions, you the customer, will be more satisfied with your purchase if you understand the terms, and your responsibilities as stated in the individual product warranties. These warranties are based on standard bedding industry practices. If you are the original purchaser of an Aireloom® mattress manufactured by E. S. Kluft & Company, LLC AFTER 4/19/04 please review the specific warranty card of the purchased model for the entire warranty, which includes all terms and conditions. The warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is not transferable. Aireloom® will always attempt to fairly inform the customer on what the warranty does and does not cover, and what might cause it to be voided. Remember, as with most warranties, our warranty guards against manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials only and is not a comfort guarantee nor meant to be used as a way to uneccessarily return an otherwise good mattress.
• Mattress: normal body impressions greater than 1 1/2” – 2 1/2” allowable, depending on the specific model per Aireloom® guidelines. • Coils or wires that are loose, broken, or protruding through the mattress fabric. • Foundation: splitting of the wood frame, defective, loose, or broken coils and/or modules. • Your mattress and foundation if supported by an appropriate bed frame at all times (see illustrations) for warranty coverage. • Aireloom®/manufacturer is not liable for incidental or consequential damages which result through the use of this product. • Normal body impressions and or small soft spots over 11/2” as stated above (body impressions are caused by upholstery material compressions and are a normal characteristic of premium bedding. • Sagging – not greater than 1 1/2”, depending on specific model. • Clearance bedding “as is” bedding or floor models. • Damage or bending of perimeter border rods caused by bending or incorrectly moving the sleep set. • Cover fabrics/quilting. • Damage to mattress or fabrics due to soiling, stains, burns or unsanitary conditions. • Comfort level/preference of firmness. • Bed height. • Damage to the mattress due to an incorrect or old foundation. • Structural damage caused by an incorrect bed frame. • Sheet fit. |
