BEFORE 4/19/04:
• And you have the original receipt and warranty card. And your purchase was from a current Aireloom® retailer. Contact the retailer where you bought your mattress and the;retailer will contact Aireloom®, to discuss your options – including the possibility of a courtesy discount on a new Aireloom® mattress.
• If you have the original receipt and warranty card and the retailer is not a current authorized Aireloom® retailer.
We apologize for the previous ownership and any misconceptions about your warranty coverage.
